We provide in-person orientations at events. Becoming a member and submitting your RSVP signs you up for an orientation.
⚠️ If you RSVP, make sure you can attend. New attendees are banned after the third no-show (this includes being ill).
Schedule
2:00pm RSVPs close (Absolutely no sign-ups after this time)
5:00pm Location details and arrival info is shared
6:00pm–8:30pm Check-in and bate time (Doors close at 7:00pm*)
*Arriving as close to start time is best. Do not arrive before start time.
Parking and arrival info
Plenty of parking.
Please arrive before door closes (see Schedule above).

There is no social meetup for this event.
